1 ½. Tablespoon milk
Salt
Ground black pepper
¼ bagel ( or similar amount of crusty bread, french bread)
2 teaspoon cream cheese
½ slice prosciutto or ham
Fresh thyme leaves or fresh chopped chives
Dijon mustard (optional)

Directions:

Mix the egg and milk together in a large microwave proof mugwith a fork
Add salt and pepper
Tear the bread into small pieces and stir in
Add cream cheese and stir in
Tear prosciutto or ham into small pieces and add to mug
Sprinkle with herbs
Microwave on high for about 1 minute 10 seconds
Add mustard to eat
