6-8 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
Salt/pepper to taste
1 1/2 cup of grated cheese (cheddar or your favourite)
Enough bread to cover bottom of cooking dish
Meat of your choosing cut into cubes: beef sausage/smokies/hotdogs/turkey bacon, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.
2. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes and spread on bottom of casserole dish (whatever size). (You could grease the dish at this point.)
3. Grate cheese over bread or mix into egg mixture.
4. Pour egg mixture over the bread. Add cut meat.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400 F.
