12 eggs
1/2 lb shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 lb shredded Jack Cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups of cottage cheese
(Try fresh or sautéed vegetables in your mixture such as chopped peppers, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes or broccoli; you can even add cooked chicken or ham)

Directions:

1. Beat eggs until light and fluffy
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently until well blended
3. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish
4. Bake 30 minutes at 350 deg. F.
Note: A large recipe - half the ingredients will serve 4-6 people.
