2 Pounds Ricotta
1 Pound Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
6 Eggs
1 Pound Sour Cream
5 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350".

In a large bowl, blend ricotta and cream cheese by hand, then with an electric mixer. Mix until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs one at a time - mix well!

In another bowl, mix sour cream with flour until smooth. Add vanilla.

Add to the cheese mixture and mix well with an electric mixer.

Butter or Crisco a springform pan, both the sides and bottom. Coat well. Pour batter into springform pan. Place springform pan into a water bath (we use a broiling pan) of hot water about 1/2 in deep. Bake 1 hour 10 min. Turn off heat and keep in oven for an additional hour. Let stand out of the oven to cool before opening springform pan.
