2 pounds Roma tomatoes, halved, cored, diced small
3 medium English Cucumbers, diced small
2 cups - Sweet onion, diced small
1 can 46 oz V8 juice
1 can 15oz black beans, rinsed
1 medium jalapeno, minced
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
salt to taste

Mix all together in a large container
chill for 2 hours to allow flavors to meld

1 medium green pepper diced small (Optional)
2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, garnish
1/4 cup red wine vinegar extra zip
