3.5 oz.. Toblerone sweet chocolate
3.5 oz. Toblerone bittersweet chocolate
1 oz. bittersweet chocolate
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate

Melt in a double boiler- if extremely thick- add a little water- stir until smooth. Remove from heat and cool.

Beat 1 C whipping cream till thick and refrigerate.

In small pan place 3 egg yolks - beaten slightly. Add 1/3 C milk and 1/4 C sugar. Cook over low heat until thick and place in mixing bowl.
Using an electric mixer, add cooled chocolate 2 Tbl. at a time. Add 1/2 of whipping cream and mix well. Fold in remaining whipping cream. Pour in 9x9 pammed pan and freeze. Remove about 1/2 hour before serving

Heat 1 large jar of seedless raspberry jelly. Add about 1/4 C raspberry liquor and about 2 Tbl. water.
Thicken with cornstarch if it seems too thin.

Place sauce on plate with a square of chocolate pate in center and a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.
