Cake: 1 pkg. white cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 C oil
1/2 C water
1/3 C dark rum
1 4z. pkg. coconut cream instant pudding


Frosting: 1 8z. can crushed pineapple- including the juice.
1 4oz. pkg. coconut cream instant pudding
1/3 C dark rum
1 9 oz. pkg. cool whip- thawed
1 can coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Blend cake ingredients for 4 minutes.
Bake in 2 pans at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Do not under bake. Cool.

Mix frosting ingredients ( minus the coconut) carefully. Spread over cake and sprinkle with the can of coconut.
