1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce (preferably low-salt)
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 cloves garlic (or 3 tbsp minced garlic)
1 tbsp ginger, peeled (fresh or frozen) and grated
2 tbsp lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingrediets into blender (or use immersion blender) and blend well. Great for steak and chicken. Marinade 4 hours or more before grilling or cooking.
