1 lb of bacon, crumbled
½ lb ham, diced or cubed
1 stick of butter, divided
½ cup of flour
1 quart of whole milk or half and half
16 eggs!!!
1 cup evaporated milk
½ t salt

Directions:
Directions:
First:

fry a pound of bacon, then crumble
½ lb diced/shredded ham

Sauce: In a sauce pan, melt butter and then add the other ingredients and stir until thick.

¼ cup butter, melt
½ c flour
sprinkle of pepper
1 quart (32 oz) whole milk or half and half

Then add the bacon and the ham to the sauce.

While the sauce is thickening, scramble the egg mixture.

combine 16 eggs
½ tsp salt
1 cup evaporated milk
¼ cup melted butter

Scramble eggs, but not too dry, make sure they're still wet-ish. Cut up eggs.
Layer eggs and bacon mix in 13X9 inch GREASED pan.

Bake 275 degrees for 1 hour COVERED;
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and more bacon; Bake 10 minutes more UNCOVERED!!

Delicious and filling; maybe go easy on the ham bc it always has a little too much for my liking.
