Directions:
This recipe is designed to cook in a large outdoor gas cooker, but I have done it in smaller quantities inside on the stove in large pots. Fill a large pot with water and add a few garlic cloves and Old Bay to taste. Salt to taste. Bring water to a boil and add red potatoes. Boil 10 minutes then add onions & lemons. Add smoked sausage and boil 10 minutes. Add corn and boil 10 minutes. With water rapidly boiling, add shrimp. Water will quit boiling - when water boils again shrimp is ready. Turn off fire and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Serve.
