4 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
3/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup molasses
1 tbsp. Rum
1/3 cups water

Mix all ingredients together. Scoop them onto a greased cookie sheet, and bake at 350 for 10 mins.
