4 eggs, beaten
20 oz crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
5 slices bread, cubed
1½ sticks of butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients except bread and butter. Sauté bread in the butter until brown and add to mixture. Cook in a 2 quart baking dish set in a pan of water.
