1½ bags frozen broccoli flowerets
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
½ can cream of mushroom soup
½ stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in microwave and drain. Mix eggs mayonnaise, soup and butter. Fold in broccoli and season to taste with house seasoning (This and That). Put in glass dish. Bake at 350º until set, about 35 minutes.
