2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 pkg (8 oz) mozzarelle cheese, diced
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and stuff cooked manicotti or layer in lasagna between noodles.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 min.
When making lasagna add 2 lb cooked hamburger meat
