1 c. chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped jalapeņo
5 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
6 oz. Certo liquid pectin

Directions:
Directions:
In a 5 qt. pot over high heat, bring bell peppers, jalapeņos, sugar and vinegar to a rolling boil; boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes. Stirring constantly, add pectin; continue to cool 2 minutes. Then stir 1 minute. Pour into hot half-pint sterilized jars and top with sterilized lids. Secure lids with bands. Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
