1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 can ( 4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained ( optional- I don't add these)
1 and 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 tomatoes sliced
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease 10 inch quiche dish or pie plate.
Cook and stir beef and onion until beef is brown, drain. Stir in seasoning mix
Spread in plate, sprinkle with chilies
Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs until smooth
Pour into plate
Bake 25 minutes, Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until knife inserted comes out clean
Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce if desired
