1lb ground beef
½ tsp garlic powder
2½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 c chicken broth
28 oz petite diced tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
¼ c parsley
1 tsp oregano
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lg onion, diced
1 bay leaf
8 oz lasagna noodles (about 10) broken into pieces
Shredded mozzarella, for topping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, season with garlic, salt and pepper then drain.
2. In crockpot combine the beef, broth, tomatoes and sauce, parsley, oregano, garlic, onion, bay leaf and 1 c water.
3. Cook on high for 5½ hrs or low for 7½ hrs.
4. Stir in lasagna noodles and cook for another 30 mins.
5. Preheat oven to broil.
6. Ladle soup into ovenproof bowls. Top each with shredded mozzarella and heat until cheese is bubbly 5-8 min
