1lb elbow Pasta
2½ cups Mayo
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 cup of Juice from bread and butter pickles.
¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 cup bread and butter Pickles
3 stalks Celery thinly sliced (about a cup)
1 large Carrot (grated)
1 cup Onion (chopped)
3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
½ cup red bell pepper (diced) - Optional
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and set aside to cool. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Chill and enjoy!
