Pork Loin
Lawry Seasoned Salt (or salt and pepper)
8 ounces cream cheese
Pepperoncini (or jalapenos or bell peppers and onions)
6 slices of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Lay tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt (or salt and pepper). Cut a slit lengthwise down the middle of the pork loin about one inch deep.Cut thin strips of cream cheese and lay them in the slit of the meat. Press them in deep. Spread slices of pepperoncini over the cream cheese. Move the pork loin to the side and lay 6 slices of bacon the pan in rows (leave space between each). Lay the pork loin back over the bacon. Then begin wrapping it until top is completely covered (can seal with toothpicks) Cover tightly with foil and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake an hour covered, then uncover and bake for another 20-30 minutes. Note: Optional - Can turn on broiler and broil for 3-5 minutes to crisp bacon. Check internal temperature with thermometer (should be at least 145 degrees F)
