For 1 1/4 lb lean ground beef

Spices
1/2 oz baking chocolate (unsweetened)
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar or lemon juice)

1 onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
8 oz tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 can diced tomatoes with chopped chilies
1 12 oz can beer

Directions:
Brown hamburger with onions and jalapeno. Add tomato sauce, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, spices and beer. Simmer 2-3 hours
