1 large package orange jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
1 pint orange sherbert
1can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add sherbet and melt. add drained fruit. Stir in and chill.

Pat put sliced bananas in this dish. We had problems with the bananas turning brown and getting soft so we eliminated them. Still a favorite of ours. I think I like it better without the bananas. Try it both ways and you be the judge.
This is one of two congealed salads that we do. I'm not a fan of congealed salads but both are very good and refreshing. The big plus for me is that they must be done ahead of time.
