5 lb. jumbo shrimp
6-8 T. black pepper
juice of 2 lemons
1 16-oz. bottle Wishbone Italian salad dressing
1 lb. butter, melted
1 t. Tiger sauce, or Tabasco (optional)
French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Wash shrimp & drain, but do not peel. Put shrimp in a large pan, add remaining ingredients (except bread) and stir. Bake at 400º for 20-30 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time.

This makes a delicious sauce - serve shrimp in baking pan with the sauce; serve French bread for dipping.

This recipe is easy to double or triple. Allow 1/2 lb. of shrimp per person. It's a family favorite to make for a crowd for birthdays or other special celebrations.
