1-4 salmon fillets
sliced medium onion
1/4 to 1 t. lemon juice
1/8-1/2 t. pepper
1/4 - 1 c. half & half cream
2-8 t. Dijon mustard
1/8 t. dill weed or fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Put onion on fish. Sprinkle with lemon juice & pepper. Mix cream & mustard. (use 1/4 c. cream & 1-2 t. mustard per fillet). Put cream on top of fish. Cover with wax paper & bake at 350º about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Top with dill & lemon juice.
