1 Tbsp sugar

2 ¼ cups flour

1 ½ tsp salt

1 ½ Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water.

Add in flour, salt and olive oil.

Mix until dough is smooth.

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

Roll the dough out on a floured surface until it is 18” across.

Put the dough on a pizzapan that has either been greased or has a sprinkling of corn meal on it.

Score the pizza dough several times with afork, to prevent bubbling.  Place a ringof string cheese sticks end to end around the edge of the dough, leaving aboutan inch of dough (can also be made with out he stuffed crust).

Use water on your fingertips to moisten the outer edge of the dough all the way around it so that it will stick when folded over the cheese. Fold the dough up and over the cheese and press it down, sealing tightly.

Add sauce, cheese and toppings.

Cook for 12 to 16 minutes.
