3 cups each Corn Chex, Rice Chex, and Wheat Chex
1 cup mixed nuts (or just salted peanuts, I use spanish)
1 cup bite-sized pretzels, I like the butter snap kind
6 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Microwave butter, worcestershire, and spices till melted, mix well. Pour melted butter mixture over dry ingredients and stir to coat. Bake 1 hour and stir every 15 minutes.

This is the smell of Christmas. My mom would make her mom's recipe for "Nuts & Bolts" continuously during December until all the Chex were used up. Salty, crunchy, and a special treat when it's still warm from the oven.
