2 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp onion salt
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp sage
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp crushed basil
1 tsp crushed marjoram

Combine and store in jar in the fridge until ready to use.

Mix together 4 tsp of the mixture, 1 cup flour, 2 Tbsp brown sugar, and 1 tsp salt. Place in zip-lock bag and toss chicken to coat. Fry in skillet to brown and then bake in covered casserole dish until fully cooked.
