16 oz Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage Roll
baby bella mushrooms (I buy 2 of the small packs)
small onion finely minced
teaspoon minced garlic
½ stick of butter
1 egg, whisked
shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
2-3 slices of toast crumbled up

Directions:
Directions:
1. Take mushroom stems and chop them and set aside.
2. Clean mushroom caps.
3. Sautee ground sausage with butter for 5 minutes on medium heat breaking it up the whole time.
4. Add onions, garlic, mushroom stems and cook through. Set aside and let cool.
5. Add cheese and breadcrumbs directly into the pan and mix. Use all that grease and butter!
6. Move the mixture to a large bowl and add in the whisked egg.
7. Pack your mushroom caps.
8. Bake at 375 degrees until mushrooms look cooked about 30-40 minutes.
