Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (10 oz) semi-sweet dark chocolate chips
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in microwave, 30 seconds at a time. Stir, heat, stir heat. Repeat until chocolate has melted and is smooth. Set aside.

Separate eggs: Place egg whites in one bowl and yolks in another. Using a beater, beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
Next, slowly add egg yolks to the chocolate. It will stiffen up, that is perfectly fine.

Now fold the egg whites into the mixture, a little at a time. Do not beat! Do not rush.
Once completely blended, It will look like boxed cake batter.
Grease & lightly flour baking pan. Pour batter into pan. If you want, you can add wax paper to the bottom of the pan to help prevent sticking. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.

Your cake will drop down a little as it cools. This is normal. Use a knife around the edges to loosen and flip onto a plate.
How you prefer to serve is completely up to you. You can add frosting, sprinkle with powdered sugar, drizzle with chocolate or perhaps a raspberry sauce.

Personal Notes:
You can use milk chocolate If you prefer. However milk chocolate will make the cake taste even sweeter.

I have found this cake is more dry like a brownie. I suggest using 9x9 or 8x8 pan.

It needs some sort of sweet topping as it tends to be dry.
