½ c. butter, softened to room temperature
½ c. packed brown sugar
¼ tsp. baking soda
1 ¾ c. rolled oats
¾ c. flour
1 c. apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º and grease a pan or use parchment paper.
2. In mixing bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, baking soda, oats and flour using a fork & knife or pastry
cutter.
3. Measure out 2 cups of oat mixture and press into bottom of baking dish.
4. Spread apricot preserves over mixture.
5. Sprinkle remaining crumble topping over top of preserves.
6. Bake 30-35 minutes.
