13 oz. mascarpone
1 cup sugar
4 cups pasteurized cream
1 package frozen strawberries
24-36 ladyfingers
6 oz. shaved coconut
1 cup sliced toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost strawberries
Combine mascarpone, sugar, cheese and 2 cups cream - whip until blended
Add 2 cups cream and whip again
In a 9” x 13” pan pour 1/2 to 3/4” layer of blended mix
Dip ladyfingers in strawberry juice and layer onto the mix
Drizzle strawberries and juice on the ladyfingers
Pour another layer of the cream mixture
Repeat with dipped ladyfingers and another layer of the strawberries
Finish with remaining cream mixture
Top with slivered almonds and shaved coconut
Chill and serve
