2 cups rotini or penne pasta
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb boneless chicken breasts cup in strips
1 can creamed soup (flavour can vary)
½ cup blend
1 tsp oregano
3 cups peas/carrots/peppers (or frozen vegetables)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package. Heat skillet, add oil and cook chicken so browned on all sides. Add onion and cook. Add soup, cream, and vegetables and bring to a boil. Add chicken and reduce to low heat. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add pasta and cheese and heat through.
