Combine 12 oz. can tomato paste, 1 1/2 C water, 2 Tbl. basil, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1 clove garlic crushed. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Set aside.

Mix 3/4 C wheat germ, 3/4 C seasame seeds.

Use 1 zucchini, 1 1/2 green pepper, and 1 onion in each layer.
Dip zucchini slices in 2 beaten eggs- then in wheat germ mixture- cook in hot oil til browned.

Layer zucchini slices, green pepper slices and onion in greased 9 inch pan.
Layer of veg. then of sauce- then 1/4 C grated Parmesean cheese and 1/2 lb. of mozzarella cheese
in slices.

Repeat layers.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
