3/4 cup soy sauce
6 tbls lemon juice
2 tbls orange juice
2 tbls sake
2 tsp sugar
zest from one lemon - finely grated

Dissolve sugar in sake.

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

Store in a closed container in the refrigerator.
