2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
4 C cheddar cheese, grated
12 tortillas
3 15-oz cans of chili without beans
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Brown hamburger and season lightly with salt & pepper. Fill each tortilla with hamburger, onions and cheddar cheese (reserving some of the cheese and onions for the top). Roll up and place in a 9x13 pan. Pour chili over all and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions

Bake for 29 minutes to heat the chili and melt the cheese.
