6-7 slices of cubed bread
2½ C cooked ham
3 C milk
6 eggs
¼ lb melted oleo (margarine)
½ lb Velveeta or American cheese
¾ tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Beat together the eggs, mustard and milk.
In a casserole pan alternate layers of ham, bread, and cheese.
Pour the melted butter over the top.
Pour egg mixture over all
Bake for 1 hour.
