6 large eggs
1/4 c. 2% milk or milk of your choice (I use ½ and ½ if I have it)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. crumbled bacon (6 slices) (I use bacon bits)
1 avocado peeled and sliced
dash of Penzey’s Mural of Flavor
Dash of Penzey’s Roasted Garlic

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, Mural of Flavor, and garlic. Add cheese, bacon and avocado. Gently stir until well mixed. Pour egg mixture into pie pan. Bake 30 minutes rotating halfway through. Let quiche cool 5 minutes before slicing.
