1 tsp fresh grated ginger root
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp brown sugar
6 salmon fillets (6 ounces each), skin removed
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tsp grated lime zest

Preheat oven to 400º

Combine first 5 ingredients; rub over both sides of salmon fillets, let sit for 20-30 minutes.
Whisk together orange marmalade, lime juice and lime zest.

Place salmon fillets on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread marmalade mixture evenly over the salmon pieces. Bake for 7-10 minutes until fish is flaky.
