1½ C unsalted butter, softened
1½ C granulated sugar
1½ C brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
1 T vanilla extract
3 C all-purpose flour
1 T baking powder
1 T baking soda
1 T ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
3 C old-fashioned oats
3 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 C sweetened flaked soconut
2 C pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, coconut and pecans. Drop by ¼ Cupfuls, 3" apart onto parchment paper-lined cookie sheets. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges are set. Cool on wire cooling racks. Makes about 3 dozen.

Tip: If ¼ Cupfuls are too large of cookie dough, adjust to smaller size.
