Mix 1 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns( southern style) with 1 can potato soup and 1 can celery soup and 1 green pepper chipped and 1 onion chopped.

Fold in 8 oz. sour cream.
Place in casserole and sprinkle with paprika and pasley.
