1 C butter, softened
2 C brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 C old-fashioned oats
1 C dried cranberries
1 C pecans, chopped
1 C white chocolate baking chips
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ C butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition; stir in vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats, cranberries, pecans and chips. Drop by rounded Tablespoons onto parchment paper-lined cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on wire cooling racks. Makes about 5 dozen.
