Fairy steaks
Oil
Onions
Mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Red/ Kiddush wine
Ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Slice onions and mushrooms and lay on the bottom of the pot
Lay steaks on top of the onions
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
Add a splash of wine and a splodge of ketchup
Cover with water
Bring to the boil with the lid on , then simmer for 2 hours turning the steaks half way
