Pastry Base:
1 c butter (cut up into pieces)
½c sugar
2 c flour( Bobs All Purpose Gluten Free)
1 tsp salt

Lemon Layer:
½c sugar
¼c flour (Bobs All Purpose Gluten Free)
4 eggs
the Zest of 2 lg lemons
the juice of lemons (2/3-3/4c)

For Pastry
Cut butter into flour mixture, then press into the bottome of a 9*13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins. Should have a nice golden color.

Lemon Layer
Whisk together all 5 ingredients. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Whisk again and pour onto the cooked base layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. This layer should have bubbles appear when done. Sprinkle powered sugar on top in desired.
