Ingredients:  
Whip 5 egg whites, 1/2 C sugar, 3/4 C Wesson oil ans 1 C apricot nectar until foamy.
Add 1 pkg. Duncan HInes Yellow cake mix. Blend until smooth and fluffy.
Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
As soon as it's out of the oven- glaze.

Glaze- 3/4 C powdered sugar, 1 tsp. butter, and enough apricot nectar to make smooth.
