Ingredients:  
1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs, mix with 1/4 C powdered sugar and 6 Tab. melted butter.
Cover spring cake pan on bottom and sides. Bake 10 minutes at 350.

Mix 1 pound cream cheese, 3/4 C powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp. lemon rind, 1 Tab. lemon juice, 2 egg yolks. Beat well.

Add 2 beaten egg whites. pour in baked crust and bake 45 min. at 300. Remove.

Mix 1/2 pint sour cream and 1 Tab. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla.
Spread on top of warm cake.

Bake additional 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
