Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
3 1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
1 T. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
2 1/2 t. bread machine yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the pan in order listed. Program for the dough or pizza dough cycle and start machine. The dough ball will be soft.

When dough cycle is complete, remove from bread pan and turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface. Divide into desired number of portions. Flatten each portion into a disc by kneading a few times then folding the edges under into the center. Cover with a damp towel on the work surface to rest for 30 minutes until the dough has increased about 20 percent in size.

Roll out and shape the dough as directed in your pizza recipe. Or place dough in plastic food storage bags and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. To use, let rest for 20 minutes at room temperature before rolling out. The dough balls may also be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months; let the dough defrost in the refrigerator overnight before using.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Soft and delicious dough that is easy to work with. Makes enough for 2 10-14" flat pizzas and a 12" deep dish - or 1 extra large stuffed pizza and a 12-14" flat pizza. (All sizes may also allow smaller pieces for Grand kid size pizzas.) :)
