1 C dry Italian-style bread crumbs
¼ C chopped garlic
3 Oz Pecorino Roman cheese, grated
3 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley
2 eggs
1 lb flank steak
4 hard boiled eggs
6 C Marinara sauce
½ C heavy cream
1 lb cavatelli pasta

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix bread crumbs, grlic, cheese, parsley and eggs in a bowl to make stuffing. Set aside.
2) Pound flank steak until ~¼-1 inch thick.
3) Flatten the stuffing onto the middle of the steak, from end to end.
4) lay the whole hard-boiled egg over the stuffing.
5) Roll up the steak like a roll cake and secure with string. Set aside.
6) In a large pan, bring the mariniara sauce to a boile. Lower the heat to a simmer and add the braciola, covering it in the sauce. Cook with lid on for 1 hour or until the sauce is thick, stirring regularly to prevent the sauce burrning to the pan.
7) Remove the braciola and set aside.
8) add the cream to the sauce and keep warm over very low heast.
9) Cook pasta until al denta, drain and toss with the suace.
10) Place pasta on large platter, remove the string from the braciola, slice into 1 inch thick medalions and arrange over pasta.
