1 head Romaine lettuce
4-6 green onions, sliced
grated Parmesan cheese
sliced (not slivered) almonds, toasted
sesame seeds, toasted
Good Seasons Italian dressing
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wash lettuce and pat dry. Toast the almonds and sesame seeds. Be really careful doing this as they will burn easily. (I almost always burn my first batch and have to try again!) Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and put in large bowl. Add green onions, almonds, and sesame seeds. Sprinkle liberally with grated Parmesan, and add garlic powder to taste. Add dressing and toss all together, and serve.

Personal Notes:
My boys gave this salad its name because the sliced toasted almonds look like little wood chips.
