1 lb sweet Italian sausage cut in bite size pieces

3 0r 4 red bell peppers cut in strips

1 large onion chopped

1 clove of garlic chopped

3 medium potatoes cut in small pieces

1/8 C olive oil

salt and pepper

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a 9x12 baking pan.
Sprinkle oil, salt and pepper and mix together
Bake at 350šoven for one hour or until
sausage browns and vegetables are soft.
