Ingredients:  
½ cup water
Dash of salt
2 squares of unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In a medium pan over low heat melt chocolate, water & salt into a smooth paste then stir in sugar.

Cook until sugar is melted and will hold form in water. Add butter and vanilla.

Serve over ice cream.
