6 Squares of unsweetened baking chocolate
3 Tablespoons Butter
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Slowly melt chocolate, add butter, melt and mix.
Stir in sugar, milk alternately cooking for 15-25 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Great for over ice cream.

This is something the Reeds enjoyed while Tim was growing up. Always a good addition to homemade ice cream.
